They should cast Ellen Page as Ellie in the The Last of Us movie. I mean, she already played her in the game.

Actually she didn’t. She played Jodie Holmes in Beyond Two Souls. She even called Naughty Dog out for making Ellie look like her and was not happy about it, and subsequently they changed Ellie’s design to look more like Ellie’s voice actress, Ashley Johnson. Besides, Ellen Page is twice Ellie’s age and I think it’d be better to find someone close to Ellie’s actual age.

No, she didn’t. Ashley Johnson played her in the game. Naughty Dog almost got sued by Ellen Page because of the likeness Ellie had towards her. I doubt Ellen Page would ever want to be involved.

Polish doctor that refused to perform abortion named a “hero”
Dr Bogdan Chazan was visited by an expecting mother (32 weeks into pregnancy), who already had 5 miscarriages before and was worried about her health. It turned out that the fetus had hydrocephalus, undeveloped brain and was missing many bones from its skull. The Doctor refused to perform an abortion and didn’t send the woman to another hospital which could do so (according to polish law, if a doctor doesn’t want to perform an abortion, he has to choose another hospital which will agree to do so). Chazan was named a “local hero” and “true warrior of Jesus in the name of life of the unborn” by many polish politicians and catholic activists. He used conscience clause as an excuse for his actions.
The woman gave birth to the child through a C-section. She and her husband spent 10 painful days watching their deformed child die a horrible death. When she finally decided to speak out, she said:
“During these 10 days, no priest, no pro life activist or even dr Chazan came to see the child, to ask if they can help. It was really hard to look at our child. We knew what was coming, but it was still very hard to cope with”
Congratulations, pro-lifers - another “life” saved, another “happy” child and “happy” family.

I’ve looked it up—because of his actions Chazan has been fired from his position as director of the Holy Family hospital and the National Health Fund imposed a fine of 70,000 zloty (around $23,000/£13,000) on it.
The National Right to Life News report on the controversy claims:

Government officials justified the fine by claiming that Chazan had not used the conscience clause properly. Namely, they claimed that he was required to give the patient the name of an abortionist.
However, as the legal organization Ordo Iuris Institute pointed out, forcing Chazan to do this violates his constitutional right to the freedom of conscience. That is why the law used to fine Chazan was being challenged in the Constitutional Tribunal by the National Board of Medical Doctors. This challenge was initiated even before Chazan’s case. According to Ordo Iuris Institute, requiring a doctor to refer women to abortionists is unconstitutional because it destroys the purpose of the conscience clause by forcing unwilling doctors to indirectly participate in abortions.

Polish law permits the abortion of sick foetuses until viability (the ability to survive outside of the uterus), but this does not mean it creates the right to abortion; it merely decriminalises it for the doctor and mother.
The conscience clause is a legal regulation under Polish law that a doctor can invoke at any time to ensure that they won’t be required to perform or participate in an abortion. But, as mentioned before, they ARE required to refer patients to unopposed providers.
